Possible delivery delays may be experienced at present due to  COVID-19 restrictions and shipping delays with Australia Post and our courier network.

We apologise for these delays and appreciate your patience. We are doing all we can to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible,

SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $10 per order for postage over Australia. Items may be shipped via Australia Post or various other carriers depending on the size and nature of the product ordered.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Free postage is offered for all Australian orders over $100.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply.

RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, either by email to info@wagsandwhiskers.com.au or via the contact us page.

Wags & Whiskers reserves the right to issue a refund or store credit based on each individual situation.

Please do not attempt to return an item without our approval. You will be contacted by our customer service team with instructions to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. 

We may be unable to accept returns on items such as toys and other items where health and safety regulations prevent us from being able to re-sell items.

Refunds will not be offered for change of mind. An exchange or store credit may be offered provided the goods are in original condition and packaging. Return postage must be paid by the sender and a restocking fee may apply.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or defective on arrival please notify us within 2 business days and In addition to a detailed description, we ask you to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the return process.  

Refunds may take up to 10 days to process.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
